There is nothing bunching up in your palm either as you enjoy your time outdoors. Need to use your fingers? The low cut "sculpted" design of the Värma allows you to use pencils and small tools, handle cash at the base lodge, or tie pesky boot laces tight with full dexterity.
The added sleeve pockets can hold a hand-warmer packet, a ski pass, or a credit card. (Not available on Kid-Small sizing)
